Brilliant is looking for a senior product manager to help lead the Growth team. You'll own the roadmap and execution of key product & user lifecycle initiatives to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.

 

You'll work closely with the marketing team, senior leadership, product designers, and engineers to expand and optimize the experience that millions of people use to learn math and science in a new and effective way.

Responsibilities

• Lead the feature development for all initiatives and experiments for the Growth team; including writing product specs and design briefs, managing releases, analyzing results, and quickly iterating.
• Lead the development of the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Identify and reduce friction in the user experience.
• Develop a deep knowledge of our customers through analysis, user research, and experimentation.
• Key metrics you will be responsible for are: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.

• 3+ years of product management or relevant experience building consumer-facing products focused on growth.
