The Role
Brilliant is looking for a senior product manager to help lead the Growth team. You'll own the roadmap and execution of key product & user lifecycle initiatives to improve acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
You'll work closely with the marketing team, senior leadership, product designers, and engineers to expand and optimize the experience that millions of people use to learn math and science in a new and effective way.


    • Lead the feature development for all initiatives and experiments for the Growth team; including writing product specs and design briefs, managing releases, analyzing results, and quickly iterating.
    • Lead the development of the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
    • Identify and reduce friction in the user experience.
    • Develop a deep knowledge of our customers through analysis, user research, and experimentation.
    • Key metrics you will be responsible for are: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.

    • Have strong experience in analytics and experimentation.
    • Possess a willingness to fearlessly question assumptions and challenge the status quo.
    • Deeply understand customer problems to prioritize initiatives that remove value barriers and deliver the organization’s greatest impact.
    • Have a high proficiency for understanding and evaluating technical constraints and integrating them into your product strategy.
    • Are confident communicating across disciplines and across all levels of the organization to excite and motivate people to towards a shared vision.

You should have

    • 3+ years of product management or relevant experience building consumer-facing products focused on growth.
