About the Role

This position features flexibility for remote work with regular in-office collaboration. In-office locations include: New York-Hoboken NJ, Bentonville AR, Austin TX, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle WA

As a Product Manager focused on special projects within Conversational Commerce, you will own a new product initiative in an emerging space that stands to empower our customers with an effortless and engaging shopping experience. With your entrepreneurial spirit and pragmatic approach, you will quickly develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, develop our product strategy, and drive the product from concept to reality. The is the ideal role for someone who motivated by a purposeful mission and ambitious to make a massive impact at scale in a greenfield space.

What You’ll Do 

  • Establish the vision, strategy, and drive the direction on a new product initiative
  • Partner with cross functional teams in design, engineering, and product marketing to ideate and iterate on the product and go-to-market approach
  • Become an undisputed expert in the space; understand the market and the technology drivers; monitor industry trends
  • Conduct customer research and take a first principles approach on identifying what it will take to meaningfully shift consumer expectations
  • Take a data driven approach to understanding and communicating product status and impact to customers, stakeholders, and leaders
  • Deliver a step function better product experience for our customers


  • 4-6+ years’ experience working in a product management role
  • Experience in bringing new and innovative products to market (0>1); hardware experience a big plus!
  • Strong customer research skills: takes a first principles approach to systematically understanding, identifying, and prioritizing customer problems
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to act effectively with only high-level direction
  • Outcome-orientated: Takes leadership and accountability proactively in action and results
  • Relationship builder: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and lead through influence
